Squinzi’s Sweet Home

Private apartment
Milan
Fifty-five square meters optimized in the best way. The old narrow living room, originally separated from the entrance, has been transformed into a double-function space thanks to the wall demolition. The kitchen block has been reorganized under the window with a nice outdoor view. The old fireplace, originally built in a niche, has been replaced by a television cabinet creating a comfortable space. In the living area, a herringbone parquet in light solid oak was laid.
The original floors have been maintained since they were well preserved, as the whole 1930’s building in which the apartment is located.
